Fiona Starkey-Norman Service Manager

Fiona originally trained as a mental health Nurse and worked in a wide range of services across London, joining Oxleas in 1994 as Rehabilitation Service manager in Bexley Hospital, leading on the development of community services and the closure of Hospital based wards.

Fiona has worked in a number of senior management posts including Adult Mental health community and inpatient and also managed Kent prison services for 3 years before moving into the Service manager role within forensic services in January 2018.
