Keith Soper, Director of Forensic & Prison Services
Keith joined Oxleas in 2011 when community health services in Greenwich transferred to us. Keith has worked in a number of senior NHS corporate and general management roles, predominantly in acute and community services in his 20 year NHS career.
Keith was part of the team that developed the business case for the acquisition of Queen Mary's Hospital in 2013, and worked at Queen Mary's as our Head of Transformation and Operations prior to becoming Director of Adult Community Services in April 2015. Keith was appointed as Director of Forensic and Prison Services in April 2017.
Keith has two children and lives locally. Outside of work Keith is a former Chair of the national charity Bliss, where he served as trustee for eight years with the last two as Chair before retiring in 2015. Bliss is a charity that supports parents and families of children requiring special care. Keith's first son was born prematurely whilst on holiday at 25 weeks in 2004, weighing 1lb 14 ounces, but is now healthy.
