Lawrence is currently the Business and Service Improvement Manager for the Forensic Directorate of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.
Previously he was a Senior Executive for Barclays Bank running major transformation programmes, and acquisitions for over 10 years.
Prior to that he was a Director of Close Brothers PLC a merchant bank based in the City of London.
